Natural Foods and Remedies:

 

For thousands of years, humans have depended on nature to provide the elements necessary to nourish and heal the body. Throughout different traditions and cultures around the world, humans have found natural remedies for anything from the common cold to the prevention of strokes. Mother nature has provided all types of remedies hidden in the chemistry of many natural plants and herbs.

 

Big pharmaceutical companies spend millions of dollars per year developing drugs for anything from the flu to erectile dysfunction. Although many of the medicines are very effective at curing the symptoms they were designed for, the side effects involved can tend to be worse than the original problem.

 

Consuming natural ingredients without added chemicals and additives can naturally and safely help treat and prevent various medical problems without the harmful effects of conventional medicines.

 

The following is a list of common foods which contain all natural healing effects:

 

Apples: Contains Potassium, B-Complex, Fiber, and beta-carotene; helps the body digest fatty foods; promotes the heart, circulation, and also helps prevent cancer and strokes.

 

Avocado: Contains vitamin A, D, and E; lowers blood pressure and helps protect against heart disease and cancer.

These foods should be used to maintain the body’s health before more serious medical problems arise.
